Content 404 Not Found Error When Connecting Through Akamai SiteShield

Symptoms
We have a new implementation with Akamai using SiteShield, but when we try to configure the access we get a 404 error, when we try to connection without Akamai it is successful without the error.
Steps going through Akamai SiteShield:
Step 1: origin: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/oceinstance-identity.cec.ocp-oracle.com /us/ashburn
Step2: edgehost.edgeerver.akamaiedge.net YYY.YYY.YYY.YYY US/ASHBURN (essl/28614) 404
Step3: (Edge) ZZZ.ZZZ.ZZZ.ZZZ US/CHICAGO (essl/28910) 404
Step4: (End User) www.example.com xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx 404
Steps without going through Akamai SiteShield:

Step2: akamai-essl-host.akamai.com YYY.YYY.YYY.YYY US/MIAMI (essl/46816) 200
