Day Before Message Scenario Set Property Not Updating Field For All Activities (Doc ID 3019952.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.A.11 version, Configuration

It was found that, for some activities, message scenario to set a custom property is not triggered as expected.

Expected is to have the message scenario to be triggered for all eligible activities.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup message scenario to set a custom property.
2. Create an activity within the bucket.
3. Assign activity to a field resource.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, SMS message created based on custom property value is not having correct content.
