Symptoms
Problem:
When an external candidate is using Personal Job Assistant on an external career site, the Apply button does not redirect to the job application.
Steps:
1. Go to the external career site.
2. Use the Personal Job Assistant by clicking the chat icon at the bottom of the page.
3. Search for a job or ask a question.
4. Click on the Apply button or enter, Ready to apply.
5. DA says, Redirecting to the job application page.
6. The page does not redirect and the job application does not open.
