Symptoms
When the Purchase Requisition is directly converted to Purchase order, first party tax registration do get defaulted on Purchase Order header.
When the Purchase requisition is first converted to Negotiation and then as outcome Purchase Order is created, first party tax registration number is not defaulting on Purchase Order header.
