Unable To Geo-locate Resource Start/End Locations For UK Users It Errors Out With "Address is not resolved" (Doc ID 3020494.1)

Symptoms

Unable to Geo-locate Resource Start/End locations for Ireland Users.

Error: Address is not resolved.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Dispatch Console.
2. Select the Resource > Go to Resource Settings > Locations.
3. Location is added by API.
4. But the address is unresolved - Error: Address is not resolved.
5. Tried to reposition the pin to update the coordinates.
6. The details are not saved due to the ZIP/Postal Code.

Changes

 Set the Business Rules 'Zip/Postal Code'.
