Goal
On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Chat
Test Scenario 1:
During testing chat with one of my colleagues, the chat would route to me initially, if I declined the chat or let it time out, it would route to my colleague, as expected. But then, if my colleague declined it, or let it time out, it would just keep cycling back to my colleague and never route back to me at all.
Test Scenario 2:
Tested Chat with 3 users online and available for chat.The chat went to Person A, then Person B, then Person C. Then back to Person A, back to Person B, then skipped Person C completely and went to Person A again. It kept cycling between Person A and Person B, and never going back to Person C. The chat will only route to my user once.
