Incorrect Bill-To-Date set in the middle of the billing cycle in Subscription.

The dates are expected to align to the 28th of each month.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate billing schedule with the Bill from date set to 28th of each month.
2. Observe the issue.
