Default Timeframe Popup Redundancy When 'Stock Count Dispaly Default Timeframe' Set to Yes (Doc ID 3020645.1)

Last updated on MAY 07, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Store Operations Cloud Service - Version 24.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When the system configuration ‘Stock Count Display Default Timeframe’ = Yes and 'Stock Count Default Timeframe’ = 'Before Store Open', when counting the items, a first pop up appears with the following message to the user:

'Is this stock count being performed after store close?'

Here the expectation is that when store configuration Stock Count Default Timeframe’ = 'Before Store Open', the message should say 'Is this stock count being performed before store close?' to match with the system config terminology, and a 2nd pop up appears to the user:

'Is the stock count being performed before store open or after store close?'.

Here the expectation is that the prompt is redundant and confusing to the user.
