On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
When attempting to Log a Call Smart Action From Account/Contact/Lead/Opportunity Object using the following error occurs.
ERROR

"We can't complete the request
Try again later and if the issue persists, contact your help desk."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Digital Sales
2. Click on any Opportunity/Lead/Account/Contact records and select Log a call smart action.
4. Once the call is saved then error message is showing.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log the call.
