Symptoms

Executing OPSS related code is failing in a WebLogic EE Stack on OCI, with Load Balancer and IAM configured.
The IAM users, can be managed successfully using EM Console and roles can be assigned normally.

When executing the custom code, below error is seen in WebLogic Server logs:

The application was working as expected on a non IAM integrated WebLogic for OCI stack.
