How to Migrate Profiles to External Profile Management System without Resetting Password (Doc ID 3020742.1)

Goal

Some customers want to implement shopper's SSO through their own idP in their own profile management system (PMS) outside of OCC or external PMS after production site launched and many profiles have been created in OCC. It's easy to migrate the profiles from OCC to external PMS through OCC export endpoint. However, authentication related data such as password, hash, etc. cannot be migrated. Normally it can get the existing profiles' authentication data by asking users to reset password. However, this approach has a bad user experience. 

This article describes how to implement the above migration without asking users to reset password.
