Symptoms

ItemLoc messages stuck wiht in_queue status in RIHA-SIM

Error: Error while calling Injector Service.: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to RIHA- SIM
2. See ItemLoc messages are stuck with in_queue status


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, ItemLoc messages are stuck in_queue and are not getting processed.
