Goal

The AIF-APPs job is failing with the following in the job log: ORA-62034: Invalid KEY VECTOR. We have seen this when running PMO_ACTIVITY_LOAD_JOB and RSE_PROD_ATTR_VALUE_XREF_LOAD_JOB, but it can happen for other jobs.
