RDE_EXTRACT_DIM_P12_MCALPERIODSDE_JOB Fails with "Verification failed ! Job not started due to Scenario not found" (Doc ID 3021042.1)

Goal

All the RDE_EXTRACTS_* from the process RDE_EXTRACT_DIM_INITIAL_ADHOC are failing with the same error:
