Symptoms

Daily extract failing randomly.
This only happens when payroll process config parameter "Multithreaded XML Generation for Extracts (ORA_MULTITHREADED_XML)" set to Y.

ERROR

XMLParseException; lineNumber: 7; columnNumber: 1323; End tag does not match start tag 'C'.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Monitor Extract runs.
2. See this fail randomly.
