OTB_EOW_DATE NOT Getting Updated By PO Date Updater

Goal
Customer wants to update OTB_EOW_DATE in PO, they have Included the filled in PO Date Updater upload template, filled up the data, uploaded it, it was uploaded with warning - 'Import attribute fields will be defaulted based on supplier upon successful upload to RMS.'
Both NOT_BEFORE_DATE and NOT_AFTER_DATE got successfully updated, however the OTB_EOW_DATE was not updated.
