Symptoms
After enabling Oracle Digital Assistant or ODA Chatbot for Fusion HCM successfully, and employees and managers are able to retrieve Person and Assignment details successfully, but when Line Managers attempt to retrieve his or her directs Performance Evaluations, the following error occurs.

You don't have permission to access another user's data
However, the same Line Managers are able to view the directs or employee's Performance Goals without issues, and the Line Manager is able to retrieve the directs or employee's Performance Evaluations within the Fusion HCM Responsive UI or RUI without issues.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Configure or enable Oracle Digital Assistant or ODA Chatbot for Fusion HCM successfully
- Employees and Line Managers are able to retrieve Person and Assignment details successfully using ODA Chatbot for Fusion HCM
- Line Managers attempt to retrieve his or her directs or employee's Performance Evaluations
- ODA Chatbot returns the utterance with the error message above
- Same Line Managers are able to query or retrieve directs Performance Goals successfully using ODA Chatbot for Fusion HCM
- Same Line Managers are to retrieve the directs or employee's Performance Evaluations within the Fusion HCM Responsive UI or RUI without issues.
