Symptoms
When attempting to change the hire date from User Interface(UI) or Data Loader(HDL), the following error occurs.
ERROR
"You can't change the legal employer hire or start date if multiple assignment records exist for the same date. You must remove the records to change the date."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Group > Click on Person management > Work Relationship
2. Change the hire date > Click submit
