Goal

When trying to create a PO from an existing PO and getting the below error:

Error ORA-02291: integrity constraint (RMS01.ORE_ORS_FK) violated - parent key not found returned by program unit ORDER_SETUP_SQL.CREATE_FROM_EXISTING.
