Symptoms
After image server whitelisting, in EICS and the image is still not showing.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up an image in MFCS for an item.
2. Observe image is displayed in the right section of the screen.
3. Item image details flow to EICS.
4. In EICS, ensure system option 'Display Item Image for Item Lookup - Operations' is set as yes.
5. Observe the image does not get populated in lookup screen.
