Field Service SAML Federation With Azure Does Not Work (Doc ID 3021759.1)

Symptoms

On Application Release 24.01.06,

When attempting to login into OFS instance using SAML login policy, the following error occurs.

"Incorrect request. If the problem persists please contact the administrator"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup SAML login poligy with Microsoft Azure

2. Setup SAML login policy under OFS.

3. Login into OFS instance


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cannot login into OFS using SSO.
