Purpose

This integration provides a unified solution for fieldwork where utilities can use the capabilities of ESRI ArcGIS and Oracle Field Service Cloud using the Oracle Integration Cloud.

Applies to:

• ESRI ArcGIS to Oracle Field Service Cloud - Version 24B and later
• ArcGIS Enterprise – 10.9.1 or higher (Review backwards compatibility for future versions of ESRI enterprise in ESRI Support)
• Oracle Integration Cloud - v24.08.2 or higher
• Oracle Field Service Cloud – 24C (24.01.07.0.6) or higher
• Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service – 24B or higher

Scope

ESRI ArcGIS Integration to Oracle Field Service Cloud supports the following business processes:

• Admin data synchronization from Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service to Object Storage.
• Work Request/Order creation from ESRI ArcGIS to Oracle Field Service Cloud. Part of this flow it queries asset from Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service.
  • Alternatively, Work Request/Order flows can be initiated directly from the ArcGIS Field Maps and completed in Oracle Field service using link parameters representing the selected asset
• The navigation between the OFS Mobile app and the ESRI ArcGIS Field Maps application will be conducted via deeplink technology for a seamless user experience
