Symptoms
On : 24.A.06 version, API
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OFSC is not communicating with external system
Billing system and OFSC are not communicating causing inventory to not be passed over to activities in OFSC, and completed information to not be passed to billing system.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Billing system sends inventory info to OFSC, OFSC sends data back to billing system.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Technician logs into mobile app
2. Technician starts route, opens activity
3. No inventory appears on activity (affects all technicians)
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see inventory and billing info on billing system is not updated and needs to be added manually.
