Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

--------------------

Subscriptions are remaining in Pending Approval status even though they have been approved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

--------------------

Expect Subscription status to update from Pending Approval to Active after all approvers have approved.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

----------------------

  1. Create Subscription.
  2. Submit Subscription for approval.
  3. All approvers approve Subscription.
  4. Observe that Subscription remains in Pending Approval status.
