Symptoms
Calculate payroll process completes with an error for a specific employee
ERROR

Tax deduction information isn't available for the employee.
Details: You must have a tax deduction card assigned to the employee as on the Process Date of the payroll run or QuickPay.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll> Submit a flow.
2. Calculate payroll/Simplified quickpay complete with errors for 1 employee.
