FTS Listfiles for RI Returns Planning Files (Doc ID 3022409.1)

Goal

When trying the RI FTS with "/listprefixes", the "ris" prefixes are returned:

[
  "ris/incoming",
  "ris/archive",
  "ris/outgoing"
]

However, "/listfiles" returns all the "ris" and "planning" files. Why?
