The Auth Number Shouldn't Have The Red Dot Indicating That Is Mandatory (Doc ID 3022617.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When shipping to a warehouse Auth Number is starred as mandatory when it is not.

The auth number field has a red dot, this means this field should be mandatory but it isn't.
It is possible to save without adding anything in Auth number field.

Note: This only happens in store to warehouse shipment, in store to store the auth number is not available.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The auth number shouldn't have the red dot indicating that is mandatory.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a direct shipment
2. Shipping & Receiving -> Transfer Shipment -> Create the Shipment
  a. Destination Type WH
  b. Leave Auth Number blank
  c. Fill in Motive, Address Type & Type (receiver)
3. In ''…'' select edit shipment -> Save

BUSINESS IMPACT
