An enhancement request to add a new program to upload the Buddy Stores by bulk rather than store by store.

In SIOCS EICS, it takes a long time to configure the buddy stores, because the configuration is done on a store-by-store basis.
The reason for this is that when the customer requests a large number of buddy stores, this configuration becomes time-consuming.
