Customer Data Not Removed Using Active Purge Process Configuration in Xadmin (Doc ID 3022634.1)

REPORTED ISSUE

The customer is looking to remove all Xadmin customers in their STAGING environment. Having enabled purge within Xadmin Portal, setting the execution time to 17:15 and the "Number of Days to Keep Customers and Customer Accounts" to 0, it can be seen in the event log that whilst the purge executes, it does not remove the data and so customers are still visible within the Xstore register.

REPLICATION STEPS
-------------------------------------------------------
 - Set the time zone to be UTC
 - Backed up the data for PARTY_TYPCODE field is "CUSTOMER".
 - Set in the C:\xcenter-config\xadmin-log4j2-loggers.xml
 - in Xadmin > Xadmin Settings, set the following values:
  - "Enable Data Purge =Yes",
  - "Number of Days to Keep Customers and Customer Accounts=0"
  - "Purge Execution Time = HH:MM" (2-3 mins after current time depending on when the test is being run)
 - Monitored the Xadmin Event LOG file


BUSINESS IMPACT

Whilst the purge is running successfully, no customer data is being removed
