Slow Processing Time - Manage Billing Offset Accounting Process
The user is experiencing an issue with the performance of the "Manage Billing Offset accounting process." When running this process, it takes an unusually long time to complete.
Problem Description:
The process seems to be running much slower than expected.
The most recent instance initiated on [Date] at [Time] and didn't finish until [Time], taking approximately [Total Time]. This significantly impacts our ability to complete tasks efficiently.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the process : Manage Billing Offset accounting process." When the user runs this process, it takes an unusually long time to complete.
