OTM Deletes Empty / Non-Freight Shipment Equipment (Doc ID 3022711.1)

Symptoms

The application deletes non-freight shipment equipment when the option 'Update Shipment Equipment Information' is selected and the parameter "RETAIN EMPTY SEQUIPMENTS ON SHIPMENT" is set to false.

Example:

- Now the shipment has the following S Equipments

998032711287882 1 2 CN20_NF TRUE
998032711287883 2 3 DRY53_NF DRY53_NF False (Non-Freight)

- Agent Setup to process shipment event

Agent Type: TRACKING EVENT
Agent Event: TRACKING EVENT - PROCESSING REQUEST
Agent Actions:

MATCH SHIPMENT: By Shipment ID

(SHIPMENT) COPY RECEIVED FIELDS TO SHIPMENT
Update Ship Unit Information = N
Update Shipment Equipment Information = Y

- Domain's planning parameter set has (RETAIN EMPTY SEQUIPMENTS ON SHIPMENT = false)

- Add the event using the shipment action 'Add Tracking Event'
