Unable To Update HTS On An Approved Order Using XorderDtlMod Xml (Doc ID 3022850.1)

Goal

Trying to update the item HTS value for an Approved order via the XorderDtlMod xml using SOAP U I, the below error occurred in the RIBlogs of the Xorder subscriber: "CONSUME API returned(S) errorString(@0FIELD_NO_MOD_STATUS@1W)".
Can you please confirm if the item HTS values can be modified using this approach for an approved order?
