When validating FDI reports against Fusion HCM, incorrect data is being displayed for Termination Count by Age Band.

Use Case:

Age Bands: AGE_21_29 and AGE_30_39

Issue Example:

Person Numbers: 1234, 5678

These employees are 30 years old but are incorrectly shown in the Age Band 21-29 instead of the Age Band 30-39.
