Symptoms
Opening Classic Home hangs
Customer can access the Data Visualizations home, however cannot open any workbooks.
Error
Dashboard Display Error
Unable to process query. Your request could not be completed at this time. Please retry later. If the error persists, please contact your service administrator.
Error Details
Error Codes: WH4KCFW6:OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC
Error during query processing (SQLDriverConnectW).
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 73026. [nQSError: 73026] The Oracle BI Server is currently in the process of starting up. Please wait a few minutes for the server to become available. (HY000)
