Symptoms

During the discovery of External Database System, in the Select agent page, post selecting the agent following error is reported:
A problem was encountered: Unable to complete the user request due to an internal error.
If the problem persists, contact Oracle Support and provide the following opc-request-id: <OPC Request ID>
