ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Message Scenario Launch Condition: activity is not completed before the end of sla window
Message scenario to send emails with the trigger "activity is not completed before the end of sla window" and is only triggered when the activity is scheduled for the current date, however, when the activity is not scheduled it is not is firing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Non-scheduled activities should trigger the message scenario with the rule, "activity is not completed before the end of sla window".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unschedule an activity
2. Message scenario does not send an email
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send an email via message scenario for unscheduled activities.
