ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Expense REST API to add different tax classification code is not working as expected
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
REST API: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/expenseReports/ - POST operation.
Should allow to update the tax classification
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fusion Cloud Expenses Application
2. Created expenses through REST API
3. Expense report is getting created successfully but it is adding default TAX code instead of the TAX code which we pass in the request payload.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the different tax clarification code while using the REST.
