Fusion HCM 24B: Click On Employee Record to Open a Redwood Page Does Not Work (Nothing Happens)

Symptoms
After upgrade to Release 24B, when user searches for an employee record in a Redwood page (like Change Assignment, Personal Details, Feedback, Personal Payment Methods, ICP) and selects that record nothing happens. The expected new page does not open; no error message is thrown and no new page opens, the UI keeps showing the same landing page accessed.
The same behavior is observed when the user clicks on one the employee records already displayed in the same page.
Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show more > Change Assignment or any of the other impacted actions
2. Search for employee, click on name
3. No data is shown nor error. The UI keeps showing the same landing page accessed at step 1
