When A Stock Count Schedule Is Deleted it Fails To Integrate To MFCS With ORA-01400 (Doc ID 3023248.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.0 version, Integration

When a stock count schedule is deleted in SIOCS, it fails to integrate to MFCS with the below error and the message remains pending in the MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table.

ERROR

SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException(1400): ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("RMS01"."SIM_RMS_STOCK_COUNT_SCHEDULE"."CHANGE_TYPE"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Delete an existing scheduled Unit and amount stock count in SOCS.
2. Check MPS STAGED MESSAGE

BUSINESS IMPACT

The stock count doesn't delete from MFCS
