Symptoms


After the quarterly scheduled upgrade to 24A, and post running the mandatory ESS processes, learners were unable to launch the evaluations. After launching the evaluation, the page gets stuck loading with no results.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to Me -> Learning -> Current Learning/Completed Learning
  2. Complete the SCORM/relevant activity
  3. Click on "Evaluate" -> the screen keeps loading and nothing happens.
