Symptoms
When attempting to run retro process the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error - A system error ORA-20001: The payroll relationship or assignment isn't eligible for the element SIT
Error - The retroactive entry for the element ORA_HRX_US_SIT_EXEMPT_WAGES_RETRO can't be created for the emp
STEPS
- My Client Group > Payroll > Submit a Flow > Retroactive
- See the error above
