Goal
How can a MFCS user get to know that the data being published out of MFCS via Webhooks was successful or failed.
ex: If middleware was down and while publishing data to it we get ' 404 Not found' or '401 Unauthorized' for a given time duration, where can the user check errors logs captured in MFCS? Is there a table that user can check from backend?
