ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In NextGen we have made the fields readonly at layout level and if we type update in the action bar of leads we are still seeing the fields as updatable.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should not see updatable fields
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to any existing lead record in Redwood
2. type update in the action bar of leads we are still seeing the fields as updatable.
