Symptoms

Attempting to import an (OPC) XER or P6 XML export file into Primavera Cloud Schedule fails and the view log error seen is "Import failed to complete successfully due to an  exception. File format is invalid."  And the same error is seen when running the Migrate Projects utility from PIMS integration.
