Find when performing a GET on rest api recruitingJobRequisitions using RequisitionLastModifiedDate as a parameter, no results are returned

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
GET
hcmRestApi/resources/latest/recruitingJobRequisitions?q=RequisitionLastModifiedDate=2022-01-15&expand=attachments,otherWorkLocations,publishedJobs,requisitionDFF,ExternalDescriptionHTML&totalResults=true&limit=10&offset=0
