Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to set status to inactive on a Job Family,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ActiveStatusMeaning: Status cannot be updated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a new Job Family, e.g., RS Job Family, with effective date of 1/1/1951. Submitted.
2. Returned to search page and selected RS Job Family
3. Clicked Update button and entered effective start date 12/31/2023, changed status to Inactive
4. Submitted and received error: ActiveStatusMeaning: Status cannot be updated.
