Problem Statement
After 24A update, Japanese display name cannot save on create context of manage order extensible flexfields below error faced when save button click.

Error
The value in the Display Name attribute or the Context Code attribute isn't valid. Fix the value, then save your changes. (FOM-4515704)
Make sure the Display Name and the Context Code attributes each begin with a letter and contain only letters, numbers, and these special characters: single space, period, hyphen (-), underscore (_), single quote ('), colon (:), and forward slash (/). Steps to Reproduce

1. Manage Order Extensible Flexfields
2. Select Fulfillment Line Information
3. Click Manage Context button
4. Click + Add button
5. Display Name : 明細行番号 (Japanese)
   Code : XX_LINE_NUMBERS
   API name : XXLINENUMBER

Changes

Environment upgraded to 24A.
