Fusion Global HR: OTBI Report Does Not Return Data When Using Column Organization Hierarchy - Level 01 Organization Name (Doc ID 3024368.1)

Symptoms

 When adding column Organization Hierarchy - Level 01 Organization Name in an OTBI report for Subject Area Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time, no data are returned.

Same is working fine without column Organization Hierarchy - Level 01 Organization Name.

 

Issue can be reproduced with below steps:

  1. Create one OTBI report for Subject Area Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time.
  2. Add columns as Worker = Person Number / Department = Department Name / Worker Assignment Details = Assignment Number.
  3. Filter is set for Department -> Data are returned as expected.
  4. For the above report, add a new column Organization Hierarchy - Level 01 Organization Name.
  5. Filter by Department as well -> No data is returned and user is getting the message "The specified criteria didn't result any data....filters are too restrictive..."
