Symptoms
Problem:
When users attempt to move candidate job applications through the Candidate Selection Process, the State 'Approved' does not appear in the State list of values.
Steps:
1. Choose Candidate Job Application.
2. Click Actions > Move.
3. Choose Phase.
4. Under State, state 'Approved' is not shown in LOV.
