Payments 24B: Numeric Amount is Incorrect for Custom Payment Documents (Doc ID 3024450.1)

Symptoms

In 24B, payment templates using the payment amount RTF template logic, PaymentAmount as opposed to the seeded value PaymentAmount/Value have three extra digits added to the end of the payment amount.

Changes

 In 24B the child XML value NumericCode was added to the parent XML value PaymentAmount causing issues if templates are only using the parent value PaymentAmount to derive the numeric value for a payment amount.
